The Girl Scout Cookie Sale in NYPENN Pathways begins on January 7, 2013. That is just a few short weeks away! Soon girls in your community will be out selling those delicious varieties of cookies that so many people love.
The Cookie Sale program is more than just a fundraiser. It is a chance for girls to learn real-life skills while taking part in one of the biggest girl-run businesses in the country.
Here are three events girls in our council can participate in to kick off the sale and the excitement surrounding it!
Cookie Rally with the Syracuse Crunch – this event is happening January 11, 2013 from 5:45-10pm. Play cookie bingo, learn about the cookie club, make a craft and watch a hockey game!
Celebrate at the Cookie Rally in Watertown on January 12th. This is open to all girls and is held 10am-12noon.
National Girl Scout Cookie Sleepover on January 12th will feature games, goal setting, sales tips, virtual interaction with girls from across the country, and the Samoa’s Shout dance. Don’t miss it!
