thin_mints_winnerOne way to increase sales at a cookie booth is to offer customers a taste of what they could be buying. But, not just any taste. There are lots of unique, fun recipes that you could make using Girl Scout cookies! Maybe make one of these three and provide your booth customers with samples. It just might make someone want to buy more cookies!

Thin Mint cake pops – chocolate cake, thin mint cookies, cream cheese frosting and all in the fun shape of a cake pop! Who could resist??

Savannah Smiles lemon blueberry parfait – pudding, blueberries, whipped cream, and cookies. Easy and delicious!

Samoa truffles – Just 3 ingredients and just like the cookies they won’t last long!
