Girls in kindergarten through fifth grade can attend a bullying workshop and learn how to help themselves or someone who is being bullied on May 1 from 6-8 p.m. at St. Paul’s Church, 551 Sayles Street in Oneida.
As part of the workshop the girls will receive the tools they need to understand the dynamics of bullying and identify ways to help themselves if they are being bullied or help others that are dealing with a bullying problem. Girls will earn a “Stop Bullying” fun patch.
The registration deadline is April 26 and the cost to attend is $2 per girl for current Girl Scouts. Girls that are not already Girl Scouts can register as Girl Scouts for $12 and then register to attend the program. Financial assistance is available. To register for the program, click here.
