A Girl Scout Junior from Oswego is working on her Girl Scout Silver Award and held a soccer clinic for children with disabilities. The Oswego County Today reports.
The Rome Observer reports about Girl Scouts cleaning up local parks for Earth Day. This was part of the project developed by the Girl Leadership Team in conjunction with the Alcoa Foundation.
Girl Scouts from Bath held a “Bring a Friend, Make a Friend” event at the Dormann Library to fulfill their badge requirements for the Diplomat Badge. The Steuben Courier Advocate has the story and a photo.

Girl Scouts in the Watertown area had a very successful cookie program in 2013, nearly doubling the amount they sold from 2012. Because of that, the girls will be awarded with a free program at a council camp. The Watertown Daily Times has the full story.
