Oswego Girl Scouts Help Out On Make A Difference Day!

Memory Garden cleanup 010On October 26, Make A Difference Day, Oswego Girl Scouts from Brownie Troop 10291, Junior Troop 10982, and Cadette Troop 10461 spent the morning cleaning up the Memory Garden at Kingsford Park School.

The girls pulled a mountain of weeds and even uncovered parts of the brick pathway that were covered with dirt and grass. The girls hope the community of Kingsford Park enjoy their cleaned-up garden.

Make A Difference Day is the largest national day of community service. Millions of volunteers around the world unite in a common mission to improve the lives of others. Did you help out for Make A Difference Day?
