The Little Brownie Baker website has some great tips on ways to improve your cookie booths this season. Have you thought about blinging your booth? Get the girls together, get some brightly colored craft supplies and get to work making some bright, eye-catching decorations to draw customers to your booth. Practice booth etiquette and help girls feel more confident in engaging with their cookie customers. Think beyond your typical booth set up outside of a business – consider a walk-about, or decorate a car to drive through town.
Did you know that there is also a cookie locator? If you are a troop volunteer make sure to update the cookie locator with your cookie booth sale information. GSNYPENN has a great video tutorial on our website on how to add your information! We also have a booth sale calculator to help with tips on how many boxes you potentially need to a booth sale. Oh, and don’t forget to reserve a cookie costume to borrow from your local service center.
And, if you’re a customer check out the cookie locator because it will tell you all of the locations within a geographic area where you will find a cookie booth happening!
Booth sales are a great way for girls to increase sales and work toward achieving their goals, while learning business ethics, decision making, money management, and people skills.
