Each year, April 22 marks Girl Scout Leader Day. It is a day when we say a special ‘Thank You” to all of our Girl Scout volunteers. Without volunteers we would never be able to provide Girl Scouting in all of our communities.
Here are three ways girls and families can say “Thanks!” to their troop leaders:
Thank you for helping me grow gift – girls can put together a basket of flower seeds, or small plants, gardening tools, and gardening supplies such as potting soil and small flower pots.
A million dollar candy bouquet – fill a bucket with $100 grand candy bars to make an easy, delicious gift!
Cards – sometimes the best thank you is a handwritten card designed by the girls themselves.
