The end of the school year often marks a time when troops and service units limit their activities through the summer months. As we approach summer here are three important forms that we at Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways ask volunteers to complete.
Troop Financial Report – we ask troop leaders to complete this form and submit bank statements showing the troops income and expenses throughout the year.
Service Unit Evaluation – We ask service units to complete this annually so that we can know about all of the great things happening around the NYPENN pathways jurisdiction. We ask about what pathways girls were offered, what council programs girls were interested in, what trainings leader took, and success and accomplishments so that we can work to make the volunteers’ and the girls’ experience in Girl Scouting even better.
Troop Progress Report – this is the troop version of the service unit evaluation. We want to know what your troop has done this year, what journeys you worked on, what badges, what trips, and how the girls grew from all their experiences.
