Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways is inviting your girl to camp her way to success this summer! Comstock Program Center, on the west side of Cayuga Lake just north of Ithaca, is hosting CEO Camp for 48 girls in grades nine through twelve, August 20-23. This amazing program connects girls with Central New York’s most accomplished women to increase their confidence and professional insights while they participate in traditional camping activities. Girls will learn teamwork and leadership skills while they hike waterfalls and canoe with women that are successful in their fields. They will expand their network of forever friends and invested adult mentors. This program is so popular that it has been expanded an extra day this year! Here’s what previous campers have to say about how the program has benefitted them:

“My ‘aha’ moment was when my advisor told me that leadership is never something you do alone. You always have people who help you along the way.”

“The mentors helped me to realize that I have to live my life the way I want.”

Don’t let your girl miss out on this learning opportunity. She is a leader of tomorrow. Leadership should be fun!

A girl doesn’t have to be a Girl Scout to attend Camp CEO. Thanks to funds from the Triad and Allyn Foundations and several individuals, all girls attending are being given scholarships. Girls just need to submit an application, along with the non-refundable $50 application fee.

Girls and parents of registered Girl Scouts interested in this program should visit page 9 of our camp brochure.
