Baby it’s code inside — Saturday, March 12, 10am-3pm, Binghamton, Explore upstate New York technology past and present. Spend an hour with a) Hour of Code ( activities; b) Using Python to control robots avoid obstacles and take your picture on Mars; c) punch cards, emboss in Braille, bend giant paper clips, make music with player pianos. Optional T shirts @ $10 – pre-order by March 3rd.

Girl Scout Investigators – Saturday, March 26, 10am-1:30pm, Canton, Discover the world of forensic science with the help of Criminal Science students from SUNY Canton. Practice your powers of observation while you investigate a crime scene and earn the Cadette Special Detective Badge. Bring a bag lunch and a drink.

SWEet STEM Day – Sunday, April 17, 1-5pm, Corning, Be the Engineer! Explore science and engineering through hands-on activities led by women engineers and scientists from the Twin Tiers section of the Society of Women Engineers. This event will also include a career panel. The program fee includes a snack and a patch.
